Debra (Deb) DePersis

Owner-Thunderbuilt Construction


Deb is a professional, interior-finish specialist with over 30 years of experience in construction, painting and wall treatments

Her portfolio includes commercial, residential, professional offices and light industrial settings.

Deb offers a wealth of valuable skills to her clients and provides a high degree of comfort & confidence to new, as well as long-term clients.

She is equally skilled in all phases of Thunderbuilt construction and remodeling. 

William (Bill) DePersis)

Project Manager


Bill manages all projects for Thunder Built. He is a hands-on company representative who spends quality time with each and every client. From the beginning stages of each project, through the design and actual build-out, Bill is on-site making sure each client’s expectations are constantly being met or exceeded.

Bill has 40 years experience as a carpenter and furniture builder and has worked in all aspects of the building / remodeling industry. Bill started out as a Union Carpenter and as his career progressed, he began custom-building furniture and home furnishings for individual, commercial, residential, industrial and professional clients.

Mike DePersis

Lead Carpenter


Mike, the youngest son of Bill & Deb is a Lead Carpenter for Thunder Built.  Mike manages on-site project teams from start to finish. A fully trained, experienced Union Carpenter, Mike brings a high degree of drive, energy and  project management skill to every job site.

Carpenter


Jeremy has been with Thunder Built Construction for over five  years.

He has a tremendous background in all phases of commercial, residential and industrial construction.  Over the past 25 years he has served as a construction foreman for several of the largest general contractors in the triple cities.   In addition to being able to manage large crews of workers, he controls the flow of machinery, equipment and materials to and through the jobsite.  Always willing to do what's needed regardless of the conditions or environment, Jeremy is a vitally important part of the TBC machine and we are proud to have him on board.
